IMPORTANT UPDATES TO OUR POLICIES AND PLANS - PLEASE READ
On a very serious note-
So much will change - But we got this.
Pink Soda wants to assure you that your health and well-being, as well as that of our team members, is of the utmost importance. As a company, we have taken extreme steps to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients and team members. We are following the guideline from the CDC.
Q. How will sanitation & hygiene protocols be implemented on the salon floor?
A. All staff members are Barbicide Certified to properly follow new protocols. EPA registered disinfectant will be readily available to all staff on the salon floor to ensure proper sanitization of all workstations between each and every client and we will continue to follow State Board guidelines to sanitize all tools.
Hand sanitizer will be available for use at each workstation.
The beverage station and hand paraffin stations will be discontinued at this time. Sorry, please do not think we are rude for not offering a drink. We want to limit the touch of anything other then your hair!
Q. Will there be new guidelines set for salon capacity?
A. When you arrive to the salon please wait in your vehicle until your stylist calls you to come in. Doing this will ensure your stylist has sanitized the station and is ready for you. Please make sure you have a mask on when you arrive. Please leave your coat and other personal belongings out in your car if possible. We ask that you do not bring anyone with you to the salon if they are not receiving a service. Only the guest getting serviced can come in, no family members or friends please. Your temperature will be checked upon arrival. If your temp is 99.8F or above, please call back to reschedule.
Because capacity may be limited at the time of booking your appointment, we will extend our working hours to ensure all clients will be able to schedule an appointment efficiently. It is important to book soon as we will have limited spots. Clients who had appointments cancelled due to COVID-19 will be prioritized first.
We will have one empty work station left between each client chair.
Q. Will I still be able to call or walk in to book an appointment?
A. Yes and no, we will always have a receptionist ready to assist all clients on the phone. However we will not be accepting ANY walk ins for any reason. We are encouraging all clients to create an account on our new secured booking system, via our website at www.therealpinksoda.com. You can create your new account there and make your appts for all three locations:
We also recommend that you prepare your gratuity for your stylist with use of Venmo or Tipsy. We also all allowing for gratuity on credit cards and can be processed at chair side check out.
All clients (new and returning) will be checked out via "chair side check out". All scheduled appts online or via phone will be required to secure their appt. with a credit card or pink soda gift card. This secure payment of choice will be used to process at check out so please make sure you select the card you would like to use.
Refunds and Returns-
We do not offer any refunds or returns however if you are not happy with your service we want to make things right with you and correct the problem! Please reach out to our salon and ask for a manager to discuss. We must receive a reach out via email only at within 48 hours of the service. We will not be able to accept any reach-outs that come in later then this for any reason.
Cancellation/No Show/Late Appointments Policy
Your appointments are very important to us! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No shows will be charged 100% of the charge.
